By entering into a rental agreement for the Sidelyer Durable Medical Equipment you ("Customer" or "Renter") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions with Sidelyer ("Company," "we," or "us").
Monthly Rate: The rental rate for the Sidelyer is paid monthly based on invoice USD per month.
Billing Cycle: This is a recurring subscription. Your payment method will be charged automatically every 30 days, starting from the date the Equipment is shipped/delivered.
Duration: The rental period is continuous. It begins on the delivery date and ends only upon either (a) the cancellation and return of the Equipment, or (b) the completion of the
Purchase Option described in Section 3.
Right to Cancel: You may cancel your rental subscription at any time.
Return Procedure: To cancel future billing, you must notify the Sidelyer Customer Success team. The SideLyer team will provide you with details of the return.
We offer a flexible path to ownership for long-term renters.
Eligibility: After making **13 consecutive monthly rental payments, the Customer is eligible to purchase the Equipment permanently.
Buyout Fee: Once the 13-month threshold is met, the Customer may purchase the unit for a final, one-time fee of from invoice USD.
Notification: Transfer of ownership occurs after notification. To exercise this option, the Customer must contact the Sidelyer Customer Success team to request the buyout. Once the fee is processed, title to the Equipment transfers to the Customer, and monthly billing will cease immediately.

Your monthly rental fee includes our Preferred Customer Support package.
Scope of Support: This includes troubleshooting, technical assistance, and repair or replacement of the Equipment due to manufacturer failure.
Exclusions: This support coverage does not cover damage caused by negligence, abuse, water damage, unauthorized modifications, or theft. In such cases, the Customer may be liable for the full replacement cost of the unit.
The Sidelyer is an item of Durable Medical Equipment.
No Medical Advice: The Company does not provide medical advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sidelyer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Equipment. The Customer assumes full responsibility for the safe operation of the Equipment.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
How much does the rental cost? The Sidelyer rental is a flat rate paid monthly. There are no hidden fees, and your subscription includes our comprehensive Preferred Customer Support.
Am I locked into a long-term contract? No. You may cancel your rental at any time. If you no longer need the Sidelyer, simply contact our Customer Success team to arrange a return, and billing will stop once the unit is received.
Can I eventually own the SideLyer? Yes! We offer a straightforward rent-to-own path. If you rent the device for **13 consecutive months**, you become eligible to purchase it permanently for a single final payment. Just let us know you're ready to buy, and the device is yours forever.
What if the device needs repair? Peace of mind is included. Your monthly fee covers all maintenance and repairs due to normal wear and tear. If you have any issues, our support team will troubleshoot or swap the unit for you immediately.
