National DDNA

The Developmental Disabilities Nurses Association (DDNA) Annual Education Conference is a national gathering dedicated to advancing nursing practice for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The multi-day event features continuing education sessions, evidence-based clinical content, leadership development, and networking opportunities designed to strengthen quality of care and professional growth within the specialty.

SideLyer plans to attend to connect with developmental disabilities nursing leaders and frontline clinicians who are focused on improving safety, skin integrity, and overall quality of life for individuals with complex support needs. The conference’s emphasis on evidence-based care, clinical best practices, and leadership in ID/DD settings closely aligns with SideLyer’s mission to enhance positioning, reduce preventable complications, and support dignity and meaningful engagement in residential, community, and skilled care environments.
