What clinical evidence supports the SideLyer?

Do you provide training and support?

Yes, training and support is provided at delivery. Our User Guide includes a PDF and a YouTube video for easy reference. We also provide enhanced support for the SideLyer Home.

Does the SideLyer come with a battery or how is it powered?

The SideLyer is equipped with a standard lithium-ion battery unit and is ready to use immediately. The unit is charged about every 2 to 4 weeks based on normal use. The charging cord uses a standard 120V power outlet. A standard extension cord may be used if the outlet is located at a distance away from where it is stored.

How is the SideLyer installed?

All SideLyer models are shipped fully built. The SideLyer comes with a fully charged battery, ready for use immediately.

Does the SideLyer fit through standard doorways?

Yes. The device ships fully assembled but is designed to pass through standard household and facility doorways without needing to be disassembled.
